M&D was founded by pilots. Professionalism is the key in aviation and hence we consider it best to have actual pilots work on aircraft. We consider this effective and logical. The standards for design organisations and production organisations are extremely high. To match those standards is our everyday job.

There is maybe something else that is discriminates M&D from others. This being the unconditional aim to be part of the solution and not the problem.
